Your package shipment
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Swiss Post and delivered without signature.
Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot combine orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but fragile items are handled with particular care.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are securely protected.
